Hawaii Climate Information
Hawaii Climate & Weather As the islands are located in the tropics,  temperatures remain fairly
stable year-round. The temperature of the islands is also influenced by several winds. Trade
winds from the east and northeast keep the air balmy most of the year, while  the kona – a
leeward wind – may bring sticky weather during summer and storms in winter. Winter trade
winds bring frequent rains to many areas but in spring and summer, showers are fairly
uncommon.

Average Temperature Range in ºF:

Hawaii Travel Information & Accommodations
Room Types:
Most hotels in Hawaii have rooms with 2 double, 2 twin or 1 double/queen size
bed. These rooms are used by 1 or 2 persons. When 3 persons occupy a room, existing bedding
must be used, which usually comprises 2 double beds. At some hotels we offer the facility for 4
persons to occupy the same room, which may be a little crowded. Where we offer this facility
we have mostly chosen hotels that have 2 double beds (any extra rollaway bed or infant crib
request is to be paid direct to the hotel).

Check-in/Check-out Times: In most cases check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 12.00
noon.
