DAY 3: ULURU (AYERS ROCK)—ALICE SPRINGS This morning, depart for Kings Canyon where you will enjoy superb views over Watarrka National Park. Or, you may wish to explore the canyon floor— an easier, shady river walk. Travel to Alice Springs, arriving at approximately 6:30pm. 3 Day tour ends on arrival in Australia. You will learn of the lives and survival of the Arrente people, including bush food, the search for water and kinship. Then visit the renowned Desert Park, the Alice Springs Cultural Precinct, the Albert Namatjira Gallery and the Museum of Central Australia. See the historic Telegraph Station, Royal Flying Doctor Service, School of the Air, Alice Springs Reptile Center and enjoy panoramic views from Anzac Hill.
