Three Day Hunter Valley Ultimate Experience Day One: This wonderful & relaxing 3-day experience takes the discerning visitor north of Sydney to the world famous wine-growing region in the Hunter Valley. Allow our friendly & experienced guide show you the best of the valley’s wineries at an enjoyable pace, with plenty of time to relax at your Hunter accommodation. As we arrive in the region we begin the wine tasting in the picturesque Mt View area, which has numerous boutique wineries, some of which only sell their prized produce from the cellar door. We also take the opportunity in the afternoon to make a visit to some of the larger commercial wineries in the region. Lunch today will be a Picnic lunch, which you can enjoy with the aroma of the vineyards all around you. It will be served with some crisp Australian Chardonnay or perhaps a wine that you have chosen from a cellar door we have visited. You can check in to your accommodation at Tower Lodge late afternoon where our guide will let you have time to freshen up before taking you to the restaurant of your choice for dinner. You will stay in the Chairmans room or Oriental room which are the top of the range in this five star hotel. Day Two: Today is filled with options to whet your appetite for an amazing day in the Hunter Valley. Alternatively you may choose to use your guides wealth of experience to go deep into the Hunters vineyards and enjoy a day of tastings. Lunch today is included but is dependant on what you opt to do on this day. Your Options for today are:- Ballooning - Enjoy this awesome experience as you float peacefully over the vineyards and enjoy a champagne breakfast Skydiving - The ultimate adrenaline rush, which gives you the ultimate view of the region from 10,000 km's in the sky Port Stephens Day - See what is known as the Blue Water Paradise on the Central Coast. Enjoy a dolphin cruise, seafood lunch and maybe some 4WD on the world famous sand dunes. A combination of adventure and relaxation Central Coast explored - Rather than just Port Stephens our guide can explore the Central coast and take you to some of the smaller more intimate towns, incorporating good shopping, pristine beaches, and excellent food Spoilt & Pampered - A day revolving around golf, massage, spas and long romantic walks Heli Ride - See the vineyards on this thrilling 30 minute heli ride. An opportunity to get some unrivalled photographs. Day Three: After a relaxed breakfast, we continue to explore the valley, making visits to more of the famous major wineries, & the local ‘cheese factory’.
