ULURU SUNRISE, CLIMB & BASE TOUR

Early this morning, travel to the Uluru sunrise viewing area. Watch the first rays of dawn set the
Red Center alight while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Climb Uluru to witness spectacular
panoramic views, or take a stroll along the Mala Walk, winding among the trees alongside Uluru
to the magnificent Kantju Gorge. Join your guide for a tour around the base of Uluru and
Mutitjulu Waterhole to view Aboriginal rock paintings and learn about the area’s flora and
fauna. Visit the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Center, where you can learn about Aboriginal culture
and see Aboriginal arts and crafts.

SOUNDS OF SILENCE

Tonight, experience the romance of the desert, the setting of the sun behind the domes of Kata
Tjuta and Uluru, the haunting sounds of a didgeridoo, sumptuous outback fare and the star-filled
heavens. Shortly before sundown, you will be driven to a special location in the desert where
you will enjoy sparkling wine and canapés and witness a spectacular sunset. After a feast
including barramundi, kangaroo, emu, crocodile, bush salads and Australian desserts, your
resident astronomer will point out constellations in the vast skies of the outback.

DESERT AWAKENINGS

Travel away from the crowds to a secluded sand dune to watch the spectacular sight of sunrise
over Uluru and Kata Tjuta and enjoy a light breakfast around the fire as your guide explains the
retreating star-scape above. Next stop is Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and the Cultural Center,
where the ancient lore of local Anangu (Aboriginal people) is explained. A visit to Mutitjulu
waterhole in the shadow of Uluru will help you appreciate its cathedral-like proportions and
why it is such a powerful, spiritual place.

ABORIGINAL ULURU TOUR & BREAKFAST

Beginning with sunrise, enjoy a short tour of the base of Uluru and breakfast with a panoramic
view of Uluru. After breakfast, join an Aboriginal guide for the famous Liru Walk, learning the
meaning and history of the area. Retrace the path of the Liru ancestors; see demonstrations of

OLGAS, VALLEY OF THE WINDS WALK, SUNSET & BARBEQUE

Today, be escorted on a 2-3 hour walk through the Kata Tjuta domes to the Valley of the Winds
Lookout. Afterwards, take in a magnificent outback sunset. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and a
delicious Australian barbecue dinner. There is time for stargazing (weather permitting).

Departs 2:15pm (Apr-Sep) and 3:00pm (Oct-Mar) daily.
