FISHING As “Isla” is a fishing village you have plenty of alternatives. Take a journey into the open waters of the Caribbean. Take a colorful charter boat for a few hours a day or a tour on a private yacht. You’ll find barracuda, grouper, red snapper and others year round and from April to August you have mahi-mahi, wahoo and tuna mostly. Enjoy the catch of the day among the legends and stories of those happy captains of enchanted Isla Mujeres.
